IBM SaaS Console was created to give enterprises a unified way to manage SaaS subscriptions across multiple cloud providers. As the platform expanded to support more services, hyperscalers, and enterprise workflows, the experience struggled to scale with its growing complexity.

I led the redesign of the end-to-end experience, transforming fragmented workflows into a cohesive, scalable platform that balanced customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.

Rajesh is an Enterprise UX Design Leader with over two decades of experience leading design strategy, growing high-performing teams, and driving enterprise products that create lasting business and customer value.

Before IBM, Rajesh was an Associate Design Director at TCS, and earlier held leadership roles in startups. Throughout his career, he has led strategic design initiatives, built multidisciplinary teams, established scalable design systems, and delivered enterprise products at scale.

Beyond his professional role, Rajesh is passionate about nurturing emerging design talent. Through Skill Banao, he runs UX design cohorts that equip aspiring designers with practical, industry-ready skills. He also shares his knowledge through YouTube and Instagram, helping people better understand the UX industry, career paths, and modern design practices.
